Just let me know when you're comfortable moving forward and you'll be sent an electronic quote, contract and invoice for the Session Fee. The non-refundable fee secures your chosen session date. Now we can start customizing your Session! You'll be sent a Session Guide to help you along the way from planning to our simple online ordering as well as a short questionnaire to help me craft your session.

About a week before your session we'll discuss clothing choices, location, exact meeting time and any last minute ideas you may want to consider.

enjoy the experience

It's session day and you have everything you need to enjoy the experience. Clothing is finalized, location directions have been sent and you're ready to enjoy! We'll spend the next 60 to 90 minutes bringing your story to life through lightly posed portraits, gently guided play and the quiet moments that unfold naturally in between.

What's the best time for my maternity session?

Most women choose to schedule their session at about 32 weeks when you are showing but still comfortable.

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

The ideal time for your Newborn Session is one to three weeks after birth when your little one is still nice and sleepy and easier to swaddle but many clients opt to wait until 3 mo to get more interactive pictures with their infant. Sessions are usually booked in the third trimester and a date is finalized after birth.

Can I purchase my Digital Files?

Yes! Full resolution digital image files can be purchased and downloaded directly from your private gallery. A full print release for personal use is also provided giving you the flexibility to print multiple copies, create art for your home or simply share online.

I'm not sure about a location. can you help?

Absolutely! The possibilities are endless! During our consultation we will discuss the type of location that best suits the personality of your family and the ages of your children. Sessions are scheduled during that magical time at 1 to 1 1/2 hours before sunset or occasionally an early morning session around sunrise.

Is there a minimum product purchase?

No. I love what I do and it's my hope that if you love your images, you will want to purchase them. Each Collection includes a set number of Digitals and Fine Art Prints with the option for additional A La Carte ordering.

I'm not sure what to wear. Can you help style us?

Absolutely! It's important to me that your wardrobe not only blend with your chosen location but also that it speaks to your family vibe. We'll work together on a color scheme and styling for the whole family to make sure you end up with a unique, flattering, and stress free final product that feels comfortable and polished.

How do i purchase my images?

High quality, professional print products can be purchased quickly and privately through a convenient online store attached to your gallery. You have two weeks from the comfort of your home to make a final decision and pay securly with credit card.

How long will it take to receive my gallery and final products?

Images are delivered within two weeks via a password protected online gallery for your selection. Products are delivered to your home in 2-3 weeks after payment is received .

How does an in home Lifestyle session work?

Lifestyle Sessions are a mix of documentary and guided artistic imagery all done in the comfort of your home. They focus on baby but can also include sibs, parents and pets. I prefer simple, more natural poses and very few props. During our time together, we'll capture both beautiful and unique artwork for you home as well as memories of those first few special weeks getting to know your little one.
